Privacy Policy

How SigFix handles customer data.

This policy explains what SigFix collects, why it is collected, and how it is used to deliver email signature repair, image hosting, account management, and billing.

What we collect

  • account details such as your email address and optional display name
  • signature content you upload or paste so SigFix can analyse and repair it
  • image files associated with your signature
  • billing and subscription status needed to manage plan access
  • basic technical logs and security metadata used to keep the service stable and abuse-resistant

How we use your data

  • to analyse, repair, and host your email signature images
  • to authenticate your account and provide access to your dashboard
  • to process subscription and one-time payments through Stripe
  • to investigate failures, security events, or support issues
  • to send service-critical account and billing communications

Where your data lives

SigFix uses trusted third-party providers for authentication, infrastructure hosting, file storage, security, and payment processing. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by SigFix.

Retention and deletion

Signature files, hosted images, and related metadata remain associated with your account while your account is active, unless you delete them earlier. If you delete your account, SigFix attempts to remove the related records and hosted assets as part of the deletion flow.
