The operating terms for using SigFix.
These terms explain what SigFix provides, what customers can expect, and the basic rules for using the service responsibly.
What SigFix provides
SigFix helps customers repair email signatures, host signature images, and download fixed Apple Mail signature files. Plan access and hosting duration depend on the product purchased.
Customer responsibilities
- upload only content you have the right to use
- do not use SigFix to host unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content
- keep your account credentials secure
- use the service in a way that does not disrupt the platform or other customers
Billing and access
Paid plans unlock hosting and additional signature capacity. Subscription access continues while the subscription remains active. The one-time plan includes a limited hosting period as described at checkout and in the dashboard.
Availability
SigFix is designed for production use, but no hosted service can promise uninterrupted availability at all times. The service may change, improve, or be maintained over time.

If you believe there is a billing, access, or service issue, contact support@sigfix.uk first so it can be reviewed and resolved directly.
