SigFix aims to be straightforward about billing. This page explains what happens when you cancel, what is normally refundable, and when to contact support.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans can be cancelled through the billing portal. When a subscription is cancelled, access continues until the end of the current paid period unless Stripe indicates otherwise.
As a default policy, charges already billed for a period that has started are not automatically refunded. If a charge was accidental, duplicated, or caused by a verified service failure, contact support and the case will be reviewed individually.
One-time fixes
The one-time fix product is intended for customers who want a repaired signature and a limited hosting window without an ongoing subscription. Once the repaired file has been delivered, refunds are generally not automatic unless the service failed to provide the promised output.
How to request a review
Email support@sigfix.uk with your account email, the charge date, and a short explanation of the issue. Include any relevant screenshots or billing details if helpful.
